Refund policy

Returns Policy

I accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unused and with all the original packaging. If you do wish to make a return please email me in advance of return to:

Please include the receipt number or proof of purchase.

When posting a return, the goods remain your property so we suggest insuring them for postage where appropriate. Return postage will not be issued as part of the refund.

Due to the nature of the products, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following:

Made-to-order items or special orders.

Printed to order goods including paper and fabric products.

Lampshades

Used or damaged items or with damaged packaging.

Cut to size fabric or wall paper

Downloadable products of software or designs or artwork.

Any samples

Cancellations of made-to-order items once the transaction is completed.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once I have received the goods and approved they are eligible I will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 10 days and payment will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund will be issued, less the original postage cost.

If you would prefer an exchange for the item please include this request in your returns email and include your delivery address for the exchange item. 

We reserve the right to charge additional postage for an exchange, I will calculate and let you know the cost in advance.

Faulty goods or other issues

Should you unfortunately find a fault, have received the wrong item or your goods arrive damaged, please email me within 24hours of receipt and return goods.

Upon inspection, if I do find a fault I will issue a refund including your postage for the return. Refunds back to your bank or credit card may take several days to show. 

Due to the nature of some of the products I design, make and sell, I will not consider the following as a fault:

Wear and tear

Differences in registration, image or colour of an edition of hand prints.

Faded appearance of fabric items or soft furnishings that may occur once washed.

Flecks and faded appearance of natural, organic fabrics in our range and fabrics that we have treated. Fabric that has a small degree of shrinkage due to the printing process. Please see terms and conditions.

Any goods bought through my stockists should be returned to the stockist using their returns policy.
