FEASTIVE DELIVERIES
Monday 12/12/24 Last Order date for 2nd class shipping.
Tuesday 13/12/24 Last Order date for 1st class shipping.

Delivery
- Postage is calculated at checkout.
- I ship orders via Royal Mail. This will cost, in most cases: 2nd class £3.00 or 1st Class £4.00
- Estimated delivery times are 2nd Class, 2-3 working days. 1st Class, 1-2 working days. During busy times and Bank holidays, please allow for extra time.
- Large and high value items such as fabric, wallpaper and lampshades, I may use a courier or tracked delivery which may be up to £15.
- Once I receive your order, I aim to process and dispatch within 3-4 days. You should receive your order within 7 working days.
- There are some exceptions with shipping times due to production lead times, please see product descriptions when ordering. I will try to keep you informed of time scales:Made-to-order lampshades - 2-4 weeks,Printed to order fabric - 2-4 weeks, Special orders of home and soft furnishings - 4-6 weeks
- Once the order has been dispatched, it will be in the hands of the courier or postal company and I cannot be responsible for any delay in their services or problems that may arise if you have been unable to accept delivery.
- Some of our fabric, samples and products may be shipped directly to you from our manufacturer. In these cases, I will try to communicate any delivery issues with you.
- At this time, we do not sell out-with the United Kingdom
Packaging
I am trying to keep packing waste to a minimum and aim to use packaging that is either eco-friendly or recycled. At times I may also re-use packaging where suitable and for added protection of goods in transit.
